Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from vineyards within the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation in BUrgundy, France
Sourced from five separate parcels with vines planted in 1960, 1965, and 1990 on heavy red clay and limestone soils
Taste Profile: A bold, complex nose featuring ripe red berries, red currant, dark cherry, and blackberry, complemented by white pepper, floral notes, and a "whisper of the sauvage" (earthy/gamey undertones).
Supple and easygoing, showing lush, concentrated dark fruit and spice. Critics describe it as having a "beguiling sense of energy" and a "velvety smooth texture" with a structured, lingering finish
Winemaking Process: Destemmed & fermented with native yeasts, it is aged in French oak barrels for 16-18 months before release

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
