Grape Varietals & Region: A BDX blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc & 3% Malbec from the Cullen Vineyard in Wilyabrup, Margaret River. The Cabernet Sauvignon vines were planted in 1971, Merlot 1976, Cabernet Franc 1976 and Malbec in 1978
Taste Profile: A powerful nose of rich cherry, chocolate, rose, violet & curry leaf. On the palate, it has a juicy rich structure with fine grained tannins supporting ethereal fruity. Unctuous structure with texture & complexity inviting you back from more rich chocolate, mulberry & cherry
Winemaking Process: Hand harvested over 5 biodynamic calendar days, three flower days and culminating on a full Moon fruit day when Venus and Saturn were in conjunction. An average of 30 days on skins. The wine spent 14 months in 55% new oak. In a mixture of biodynamic barriques and puncheons

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
