The Champagne world's best-kept secret — a rosé enriched by decades of history in a perpetual barrel, and utterly unlike anything else in the glass.
Grape Varietals & Region: 42% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier, and 8% Solera of Pinot Noir from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims, Champagne, France. Reserve wines account for 35% of the blend, with the unique colour and depth coming from 8% red wine drawn from a solera system — a method of fractional blending more widely known for its use in Sherry production in southern Spain. Every vineyard in Palmer's holdings is classified Premier Cru or Grand Cru, providing consistent structure, finesse, and depth across the portfolio.
Taste Profile: The intense nose is dominated by the energising aroma of wild strawberries, with tantalising light notes of red and black currants in the background, overlaying very delicate notes of vanilla and cinnamon spice. Fresh and full-bodied on the palate, it is drawn out in finely tannic, succulent bubbles in the same register of fruity elegance. James Suckling describes it as "very dry and flavourful with dried strawberries, flowers, and dried roses — medium-bodied with dryness and complexity, tight and focused with phenolic tension and intricacy. Tight and very long. Minerally. Chalky. Exciting." Rated 96pts by James Suckling and 93pts by Decanter. Aged on the lees for three years in 750ml.
Winemaking Process: The cuvée is enriched with a 30-year-old solera of red wines vinified in oak barrels — an utterly unique approach in the world of Champagne. Drawing inspiration from the traditional solera system, each batch is a harmonious fusion of past and present, resulting in a wine of unparalleled complexity and depth, with a dosage of 7.5g/l. Cellar Master Xavier Berdin and his team of four oenologists taste over 200 distinct lots before assembling the final blend, ensuring every bottle carries the house's signature harmony and balance

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
