Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay, coming from the premier cru site of La Fussière. It is the largest climat of Maranges (next to Santenay at the very south of the Côte de Beaune), covering an area of almost 35 hectares. It faces south towards the start of the Côte Chalonnaise, on a slope between 290 and 400 metres up. The vines were planted in the 1980s at the highest elevation point in the appellation
Taste Profile: Expect a white Burgundy of striking finesse, pear and nectarine fruit and a long, delicately chalky finish. The well-defined bouquet offers yellow fruit, lanolin and light sea spray aromas. The palate is taut and fresh with a twist of sour lemon on the entry, quite precise and focused with a sapid finish urging you to take another sip

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
