A young Beaune winemaker's minimal-intervention take on one of Burgundy's grand white appellations.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay sourced from the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation in the Cote de Beaune, Burgundy.
Taste Profile: Delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus and fresh peaches on the nose. Rich and complex on the palate, with a lovely balance of acidity and minerality; flavours of lemon, apple and pear are accompanied by hints of honey and vanilla, closing on a long, lingering finish.
Winemaking Process: Handpicked and carefully sorted grapes, gently pressed and fermented in oak barrels, then aged in oak for 12 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve the wine's purity and natural character.
Winemaker: Arnaud Baillot has worked in Burgundy viticulture since 2014. Together with his wife Laure — granddaughter of Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat in Chambolle-Musigny — he acquired a small vineyard in the Cote de Beaune in 2017 and began producing an extensive range of villages and crus. He works without stems and with minimal new oak, keeping intervention to a minimum so the terroir speaks for itself; many of his wines total just 1–3 barrels.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
