Description

Domaine Arnaud Baillot Chassagne Montrachet Blanc Vieilles Vignes 2020

Arnaud Baillot Chassagne Montrachet Blanc 2020 is a stunning example of the beauty and elegance that Burgundy can offer. A perfect choice for wine lovers looking for a sophisticated and elegant white wine that pairs well with a wide range of dishes.

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the Chassagne Montrachet appellation in the Cote de Beaune subregion of Burgundy.

Taste Profile: On the nose, the wine offers delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, and fresh peaches. On the palate, it is rich and complex, with a lovely balance of acidity and minerality. The flavors of lemon, apple, and pear are accompanied by hints of honey and vanilla, which add depth and complexity to the wine. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a pleasant and memorable impression.

Winemaking Process: The grapes for this wine were handpicked and carefully sorted before being gently pressed and fermented in oak barrels. The wine was then aged in oak for 12 months before being bottled, unfined and unfiltered, to preserve its purity and natural character.
