Taste Profile: Citrusy and vibrant; nice intensity given by the ageing on lees (two months). Rich in aromas, elegant. It closes persistent and mineral.

Winemaking Process: In order to keep the wine fresh, the winemaker doesn't practice the malolactic fermentation.
