Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Fernao Pires from Alentejo, Portugal. The fruit comes from 2 vineyards in Alenquer, a sub-region east of the Serra de Montejunto mountains. This location offers some protection from the Atlantic influences, shaping the grapes' character

Taste Profile: This is a youthful yet textured wine that has everything that one wants in a white wine. Floral and boasting great complexity. This is the king of Fernão Pires and a wine that will age gracefully yet can be tasted now. A long, complex finish.

Winemaking Process: This single-varietal wine went through a natural fermentation process, with a partial malolactic fermentation that adds a touch of creaminess to its texture

Lush & Tropical Whites

Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.

Expect notes of peach, apricot, pineapples, melon & a buttery texture
