A new type of sake with a strong acidity and sweet and sour taste. It has a lovely sweet aroma like peach and lychee, with a strong berry acidity, and a light aftertaste. We recommend pairing it with marinated salmon or summer vegetable salad. Chill well in the refrigerator before serving

Junmai Ginjo Sake is brewed using only rice, water, yeast and koji. There are no other additives. To qualify as a Ginjo, the rice grain must be milled to 60% or less of it’s original size

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
