Di Sipio Terre di Chieti Pecorino IGT 2022

100% Pecorino

Bright straw yellow in color. The nose is full of a bouquet that shows rose hip and tropical fruit as well as Mediterranean and balsamic herbs. On the palate, the wine is full of balance between power and softness. Enveloping and elegant finish supported by its body and floral minerality. Excellent freshness with marked acid backbone, this Pecorino also lends itself well to aging in the bottle.

From the limestone character of Sancerre to the green, herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc of Marlborough, this style group often shows off cut grass and wet stone. Often associated with coastal regions or limestone based terroir, these wines are characterised with crisp acidity, mineraiity, citrus tones, with a hint of grassiness
