Taste Profile: This wine offers a unique and expressive taste profile. With its deep ruby color and complex aromas of dark berries, spices, and earth, it's a wine that intrigues the senses and leaves a lasting impression.
Winemaking Process: Hand-harvesting the grapes from old vineyards, carefully sorting them, and fermenting them in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is aged in Hungarian oak barrels for 12 months to add complexity and depth. The result is a wine that embodies the character of the region, with its rich fruit flavors, elegant structure, and long, lingering finish.
From Barolo to Bordeaux, these wines are steeped in tradition. The style covers a broad spectrum of flavor profiles, but tend to be elegant and structured and can be cellared for a long time.
