Grape Varietals & Region: A blend of Chenin Blanc, Vermentino, and a splash of Sauvignon Blanc, from Margaret River

Taste Profile: Fresh green apples, pear skin & a slight saline edge. The Chenin provides weight, while the vermentino offers acidity & salinity

Winemaking Process: Fermented separately before blending in stainless steel tanks. It's spiked with Sauvignon Blanc juice to provide sugars before bottling for the petilant naturel process.

Youthful & Spritzy Sparklings

Light, citrus driven & fun, a lot of these sparklings tend to have floral or tree fruit aromas like green apples. In more crisp styles, they are often more floral or citrus driven, and can be slightly sweet in more apple or pear driven fizzante styles
