Marques de Tomares Crianza Blanco 2019

Grape Varietals & Region: 70% Viura & 30% Grenache Blanc, from the Rioja alta subregion of rioja. The vines are grown on clayey-calcareous soils.

Taste Profile: Straw yellow in color, with a white fruit & apple compote nose, that opens up to rosemary herbs & vanilla. Floral, silky, and potent on the palate.

Winemaking Process: Hand harvested & fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aging on lees in stainless steel tanks and fermented in new French oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months

Buttery & Honeyed Whites

Full-bodied fruit and spice, often with the ability to age. This style usually relies on new oak to impart vanilla driven characteristics. Malolactic fermentation & on lees ageing also contributes to the texture
