Taste Profile: An alluring greenish-yellow hue and a subtle effervescence that invigorates the senses. As one draws it closer to the nose, an array of fresh aromas unfurl, reminiscent of freshly sliced apples and a hint of citrus, complemented by a delicate mineral veil. On the palate, this young white wine dazzles with its light acidity and a lively bubbling sensation, delivering a crispness that renders it particularly appealing and effortlessly enjoyable.
Winemaking Process: The grapes are grown in vineyards located along the rugged coastline of the Bay of Biscay and are hand harvested to ensure the highest quality fruit. After being gently pressed, the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts to preserve the unique character of the wine.
