Naudin Pere & Fils is one of the oldest wine producer & negociant from Burgundy. Founded in 1849, Naudin Pere Et Fils is based in Savigny-les-Beaune, covering 14 appellations, all located around the Corton mountain and the village.

Naudin Pere Et Fils Pouilly Fuissé 2020

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chardonnay from Pouilly Fuissé, France. Grown on clay & limestone soils

Taste Profile: Bright gold color with a few green reflections. Very frank, it elegantly reveals its aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruits (such as Mirabelle plum and peach), and some nuances of exotic fruits develop after opening. Fresh and fruity with quite good minerality, which gives elegance to the palate. The whole is rich and precise while still maintaining a total respect for its original terroir.

Winemaking Process: Traditional vinification accompanied by temperature and must control, settling and alcholic fermentation then the malolactic fermentation in vats. Aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats
