Grape Varietals & Region: Blend of Pinot Noir & St Laurent from Kremstal, Austria. Grapes are grown on loess soil and 200-300 meters above sea level, in a continental Pannonian climate

Taste Profile: Pink in color with herbal aromas framing a core of ruby grapefruit and sour cherry. Spicy, fruity, herbal with crisp acidity

Winemaking Process: Grapes are harvested by hand, spontaneously fermented and matured in wooden barrels
