Grape Varietals & Region: Delaware and Steuben brewed in various brewing methods and blended in summer 2022 (10% of the ingredients are fermented in bunches).
Taste Profile: A fresh and crisp orange wine with rich fruit, moderate acidity and pleasant tannins. It is recommended to drink as soon as possible from the day of uncorking, when you can feel the juiciness of the fruit.
Winemaking Process: The aging period is about 10 months, of which about half in amphora and half in stainless steel tanks. Spontaneously fermented with wild yeast. No clarification, no filtration, no other additives such as antioxidants.
Easy drinking red wines with bright fruit aromas and low tannins. The wines are often released without much aging in tank, oak barrels or bottle, and are meant to be drunk early
These wines typically can be nejoyed without food, and are usually served cooler. They can be light bodied wines like Beaujolais, or light extraction styles that do not emphasize tannin & color extraction
