Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic is perfectly paired with fruit-forward gins, especially sloe gins. The tarty lemon flavour cuts through the sweet sloe to create a refreshingly fruity serve.
To create the rich citrus notes in the award-winning Sicilian Lemon Tonic, the entire lemon was used. The essential oil from the peels is also captured before gently pressing to extract the juice from the flesh. This is combined with British sugar beet and natural cinchona bark to create a vibrant citrus flavour with subtle bitterness.
This all-natural lemon tonic utilises Staffordshire water with pressed whole Sicilian lemons, widely regarded as the best lemons in the world due to the hot days and cold nights coupled with fertile volcanic soil. This mix of high quality water, lemon juice and essential oils from the peel are then blended with Ecuadorian cinchona tree bark extract to ensure the tonic is a great partner for the best premium berry-based spirits.
