A perfect Pinot Gris for gastronomy, to drink without moderation.

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Gris, from Kientzheim and Wettolsheim in Alsace, France. Gravel, clay-limestone, calcareous-sandstone soils.

Taste Profile: A slightly golden and brilliant yellow color. A fresh nose, on fruits such as peach and mirabelle plum, with some notes of white flowers. The attack is energetic, smooth and saline. The mouth is elegant and pure, with a nice acidity. It is a harmonious and dry wine with a digestible balance.
