Taste Profile: Lovely citrus and wild flowers on the nose, the palate is soft and gentle, with pear, apple and lime character. The wine brings a smile and finishes with a satisfying minerally zing!
Winemaking Process: Direct press, with alcoholic & malolactic fermentation & aging on the lees with regular batonnages for 12 months in used Burgundy barrels.

Often associated with coastal regions or limestone based terroir, these wines are characterised with crisp acidity, mineraiity, citrus tones, with a hint of grassiness
MLF is a process that results in reduction in acidity & the production of buttery texture & taste profile, often applied to more bodied styles of red & white wines
While not all creamy whites or rich fruity reds undergo MLF, and can adopt similar profiles from barrel ageing,
