Taste Profile: On the nose, this wine offers aromas of ripe citrus, white flowers, and a hint of tropical fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and zesty with a pleasant minerality that makes it a perfect match for seafood dishes, salads, and light appetizers.
Winemaking Process: Harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright fruit flavors and crisp acidity. The fermentation is done at very low temperature to keep the freshness of the wines and last 2 weeks. The blended wines will age 3 months in tanks before being bottled.
