Vinos del Viento Garnacha Rosé is a beautiful wine made from 100% Garnacha grapes grown in the mountains of the Cariñena region in Spain. This refreshing wine boasts a bright pink hue and aromas of red berries and citrus fruits, followed by a crisp and clean palate with a hint of minerality.
The winemaking process involves the maceration of the grapes with the skins for a few hours to extract the delicate color and flavor, followed by a gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its lees for a few months to gain complexity and depth.
Provence rose is going to be the classic representation of this wine style. Usually, these roses emit a salmon pink hue, and Cinsault is a common grape varietal to make these wines, but Syrah & Pinot noir are other rising varietals to produce wines in a similar style
Characterised by dry pink berry & grapefruit notes, with crisp acidity & minerality
