Navarra, Spain

The Navarra region is located in northern Spain, bordering the Pyrenees Mountains. The climate in Navarra is influenced by the Atlantic Ocean to the north and the Mediterranean Sea to the east, resulting in warm summers and mild winters.

The region is known for producing a wide range of wine styles, including red, white, and rosé wines. The most widely planted grape variety in Navarra is Tempranillo, which is used to produce full-bodied, fruity red wines with notes of cherry, blackberry, and vanilla. Garnacha (Grenache) is also widely grown and used to produce both red and rosé wines, with flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and spices.
