Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir from Burgundy, France. The fruit comes from various parcels, with most of the vineyards being over 40 years old

Taste Profile: Medium bodied, with bright red fruit and floral hints, it has an elegant structure accompanied by sweet spice notes.

Winemaking Process: The fruit is destemmed and the wine spends 11 months in barrel, of which 20% are new
