Bruno Rochard Les Feuillettes 2021

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Chenin Blanc from Anjou region of the Loire Valley, France. The vineyards are planted on sand & silt

Taste Profile: An aromatic white wine boasting a complex bouquet brimming with white fruit, citrus nuances, and mineral undertones. On the palate, it is vibrant, crisp, and effortlessly quaffable. It exhibits a brilliant acidity, a mineral core, and a delightful fruity finish

Winemaking Process: After a manual harvest, the fruit is gently pressed and ferments spontaneously in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts and remains on its own lees. Finally it is racked and bottled according to the lunar calendar and adding a minimal amount of SO2 for stability

Lush & Tropical Whites

Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.
