Description

Champagne Mangin & Fils Brut NV

Champagne Mangin & Fils Brut NV is a delightful sparkling wine that embodies the essence of Champagne, France. This non-vintage blend showcases the expertise and craftsmanship of the Mangin family, who have been producing exceptional Champagnes for generations.

Grape Varietals & Region: The Champagne Mangin & Fils Brut NV is made from 100% Pinot Meunier. These grapes are sourced from select vineyards in the renowned Champagne region, where the cool climate and chalky soils contribute to the wine's distinct character.

Taste Profile: Pale golden color. The nose first develops aromas of fleshy yellow fruit (peach, apricot). After a few minutes, the nose develops to aromas of dried fruit (hazelnut) and honey. Round and tasty on the palate combined with freshness and acidity, reminiscence of French pastries

Winemaking Process: Mangin & Fils follows the traditional Champagne winemaking method, known as the méthode traditionnelle. After the grapes are harvested, they undergo a gentle pressing to extract the highest quality juice. The wine then undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a secondary fermentation in the bottle, where it develops its effervescence and complexity. The wine is aged on the lees for an extended period, adding depth and richness before it is disgorged and finally bottled.

The Mangin family has a long-standing heritage in Champagne, and their dedication to producing exceptional wines is evident in every bottle. With their deep understanding of the region's terroir and a commitment to traditional winemaking techniques, they craft Champagnes that exemplify the true essence of the region.
