Description

Weingut Esterhazy's Estoras Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is a refreshing and vibrant wine that showcases the unique terroir of the Leithaberg region of Austria. The wine is crisp and bright with lively citrus and tropical fruit notes, as well as a mineral undertone that speaks to its origin.

Winemaker Stefan Tscheppe employs biodynamic and organic practices in the vineyard, and the grapes are carefully hand-harvested to ensure only the highest quality fruit is used. In the cellar, the wine is fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and aged on its lees for added complexity and texture.
