Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Fiano from Geographe, Australia. A blend of 2 vineyards, from Vineyard 28's estate, as well as Rustys Vineyard sites
Taste Profile: Hints of orange rind, with lemon pith and creamy textures of the oak influences. Fresh vibrant nose with honeydew and watermelon.
Winemaking Process: Wild ferment in stainless steel. Transferred to barrel to complete fermentation, and left on lees for 3 months. Lees stirred weekly. Fined and sterile filtered prior to bottling.
From the limestone character of Sancerre to the green, herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc of Marlborough, this style group often shows off cut grass and wet stone. Often associated with coastal regions or limestone based terroir, these wines are characterised with crisp acidity, mineraiity, citrus tones, with a hint of grassiness
