Thorne & Daughters Cat's Cradle is a stunning 100% Chenin Blanc wine from South Africa's Western Cape region. The grapes are sourced from low-yielding old vines, giving the wine a complex character with a unique expression of its terroir.
Aged in old French oak barrels for 10 months, this wine displays aromas of stone fruit, citrus, and honey, followed by a rich palate of ripe pear, quince, and a hint of nutmeg. The texture is creamy and lush, balanced by bright acidity, and finishes with a lingering minerality. This is a wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for years to come.
