Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the eastern end of Oakville Cross Road, California, USA. The soils are a mix of volcanic red clay & gravelly loam soils.

Taste Profile: Expressive with Acai, fresh grinded coffee beans and cacao notes leaping out; while the core of cassis and plum puree glides along steadily. Supple in feel and velvety with layers of fine tobacco and vanilla that continue to build throughout the long finish

Winemaking Process: The fruit spends 24 months maturing in new French oak barrels
