Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Riesling. This would be coming from the eastern slopes of Scheidterberg and Rauberg, it reflects the spicy side of the Ayler Riesling terroir

Taste Profile: The 25th cask in the cellar is their high-quality Ayler Ortswein (village wine). N° 25 impresses with fine herbal and saline notes. That is why we recommend this wine with Mediterranean-style dishes.
