The Mixtape Chef is founded by Kenneth Yong, pioneer in the Singapore Private Dining scene with beginnings since 2014! His DIY approach to food has led him into many rabbit holes of fermentations, bread making and charcuterie. He is also a fan of food history and seeks to bring people and cultures closer one dish at a time. This pop up, he shares highlights from his recent travels to Sichuan - An inspired Menu from his Private Dining.
Named as one of the 11 best private dining experiences in Singapore by CNA Lifestyle, to list one of the many accolades to their name. Inspired by their travels, they put their own spin on global classics.
