Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley, France. Southwest facing vineyards exposed to high winds which creates perfect growing conditions on its limey soils

Taste Profile: Ruby red in color, highly aromatic with aromas of cherries and black currants. On the palate, notes of black fruits over a structured palate with well-integrated tannins over a silky finish

Winemaking Process: Maceration of 28 days with several pumping overs and cap punching. Aged for 12 months in stoneware amphora
