Taste Profile: This Riesling Reserve shows gorgeous flavours of green apple, tea leaf, and pear, leading to a ripe yet racy finish

Winemaking Process: Fermentation on indigenous yeasts and ageing in foudres, without new wood and without stirring, for approximately 11 months
