Decideret Who the Fuck Pears? 2022
Decideret Who the Fuck Pears is a collaboration between Decideret and Vigmosegaard. The nose smells of pure pears and on the palate it has the perfect balance between sweetness (from Williams pears) and freshness (from Doyenne pears).
A fruit Pét-Nat from Williams and Doyenne Pears (67 %) and Bramley Apples (33 %). The fruit comes from Lilleø, primarily from Claus Meyerʼs orchard Vigmosegaard. The terroir at Lilleø (meaning “tiny island”) is ideal for growing fruit. A mild climate with few days of rain, lots of lights and minerals in the ground.
An intense pear perfume on the nose.

Founded in 2019, we were bored with the typical Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Amarone & Moscato offerings at most bars & restaurants, and were inspired to dive deeper into the wine world!
