Grape Varietals & Region: A Merlot dominant blend with Cabernet Sauvignon & Malbec. The fruit comes from Mazion in Cotes de Bourg, Bordeaux, France
Taste Profile: This big, sexy, plump Côtes de Bourg is undeniably a winner of the vintage. Dark purple colour, the character is young and floral with hints of violet, dark berries and spices. The palate is concentrated with a good balance and a long finish
Winemaking Process: Mainly in stainless steel vats, partially in French oak barrels
