Region: Bottega Gin Bacûr is a premium Italian gin made by Bottega S.p.A., a family-owned distillery located in the Veneto region of Italy.
Taste profile: Bacûr gin is made with a unique combination of botanicals, including juniper berries, myrtle, sage, lemon zest, and bergamot, which are all sourced from the local area. It is a dry gin with a floral and citrusy aroma, a smooth and silky mouthfeel, and a long, complex finish.
Spirit-making process: The distillation process involves the use of a copper still and a bain-marie heating system, which allows for a gentle and slow extraction of flavors from the botanicals. After distillation, the gin is left to rest for a period of two months, during which time it takes on a golden color and develops its characteristic flavor profile.
Bottega Gin Bacûr is a versatile spirit that can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a variety of cocktails. It has won numerous awards and accolades, including a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition
