Avallen Calvados (Paper Bottle)
Avallen, which means ‘apple tree’ in Old Cornish, is a delicious Calvados that gives bees a boost and is genuinely sustainable.
Avallen is a crisp, floral, and completely natural calvados with no added sugar, caramel, or other nasties. It’s perfect for mixing with soda, as a refreshing spritz, in your favourite cocktail, or simply for sipping.
Produced under strict rules in Normandy, France. It is made without sugar, caramel or boisé (a wood extract sometimes used to add colour to Calvados) – literally just good old apples and water – before being aged in French oak barrels for at least two years.
