The palate is fine and silky with balanced fruit flowing into a lovely, focused dry finish and a gentle sea breeze and spice lingering on the palate. A wine that cuts a fantastic figure with strong or salty-spicy dishes.
Winemaking Process: The fruit is mash fermented & undergoes wild yeast fermentation, followed by barrel ageing on lees

They general have perfumed floral, honeyed & spice notes. For fuller bodied styles, they often have an oiliness to them
