Owen used a continuous fermentation technique, adding to the ferment as each parcel ripened—and the resulting wine is a wild ride. A delicious blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir Rosé and a splash of Viognier and Gewürztraminer. Zesty tangerine, some spice and floral, with an oxidative edge keeping things in order. Buckle up!
