Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Riesling from Alsace, France. The fruit comes from various plots in Alsace, grown on clay & calcareous soils.
Taste Profile: This Riesling is a stunning expression of balance and complexity. Its beautiful depth and richness are perfectly offset by razor-sharp acidity, creating an irresistible tension on the palate. Expect vibrant notes of oyster shell, zesty citrus peel, and juicy orchard fruits, making it wonderfully refreshing and undeniably moreish. A wine that's as elegant as it is vibrant.
Winemaking Process: Indigenous yeasts, whole grapes pressed for 3 hours in pneumatic press; 6 months of fermentation. The wine is then aged for 12 months in a mix of 15% new oak, 5% ceramic and 80% stainless steel tank, before being blended & bottled

They general have perfumed floral, honeyed & spice notes. For fuller bodied styles, they often have an oiliness to them
