Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Blanc from Rust in Leithaberg, Burgenland. The vines are grown on mica schist soils

Taste Profile: Nutty, delicately floral and a little herbal scent with yellow fruity aromas. Lean, cool, tart fruit, delicately nutty and herbal-vegetable aromas, some acid bite, straightforward, delicate grip, hints of peppery tones, good to very good finish

Bright & Mineral Whites

From the limestone character of Sancerre to the green, herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc of Marlborough, this style group often shows off cut grass and wet stone. Often associated with coastal regions or limestone based terroir, these wines are characterised with crisp acidity, mineraiity, citrus tones, with a hint of grassiness
