Panadería Obando wanted to take part in the launch of a very necessary, quality product, adapting the traditional pico to the diet of people with food intolerances, while also conserving all their texture and flavour.
Free of gluten, lactose and recognised allergens, substituting traditional wheat flours with rice flours and cornflour.
