Dashing, aromatic Adelaide Hills Pinot, with good punchy strawberry fruit and a lovely brambly character.
Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Pinot Noir, mostly from the Gloria vineyard in Adelaide Hills but supported by some neighbouring parcels of fruit
Taste Profile: Upfront it's all jubey and strawberries, with a balsamic tang. Look for a savoury, brushwood edge to the finish. Lively stuff from the Commune of Buttons gang.
Easy drinking red wines with bright fruit aromas and low tannins. The wines are often released without much aging in tank, oak barrels or bottle, and are meant to be drunk early
These wines typically can be nejoyed without food, and are usually served cooler. They can be light bodied wines like Beaujolais, or light extraction styles that do not emphasize tannin & color extraction
