Taste Profile: With fresh and fruity aromas, its citrus notes and toasted touches of French oak give life to an authentic and seductive experience. Ideal for pairing with delicacies, this wine is a jewel that captures the essence of our region.
Winemaking Process: The grapes are harvested manually, they are then refrigerated for 48 hours at 4º C to improve the extraction of primary aromas before processing in the winery. After destemming, the grapes undergo skin maceration at 10º C for 24 hours, which enhances the aromatic quality and structure on the palate. Fermentation is controlled with native yeasts in barrels between 18-20º C, using 600-litre French oak barrels to maintain the integrity of the fruity aromas.
Succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone characterises these wines. Typically, they have notes of tropical fruit, and come from warmer climates. A touch of oak during the winemaking process also helps to give some softness to the wine.
