Grape Varietals & Region: 80% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 7% Mazuelo, 3% Viura from 60 year old vineyards, grown on clayey-calcareous soils.
Taste Profile: Red ruby colour. Clean, intense and shiny. Complex and aromatic nose with black fruit, vanilla, chocolate and mineral due to its terroir. Well structured, fresh, long, tasty and unctuous. Excellence in mouth. Fruit and wood well assembled.
Winemaking Process: Hand harvested. 100% destemmed grapes, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 18 months in French oak barrels.
