Description
Akemi Viura 2019
Akemi Viura is a rich, tropical white wine. Grapefruit citrus nose with subtle pepper and floral undertones. Complex, dry and full-bodied palate with a nice texture, refreshing acidity, flavours of tropical fruits and vanilla.
Fun Fact: A wine born from the combined talent and know-how of the Ontañón family winemaking team and Michelin star chef Félix Jiménez. Creates a small universe of scents that give total meaning to the Japanese word "akemi", which means clarity and beauty.
100% Viura. The fruit comes from 35-year-old vines in a single vineyard plot belonging to the Ontañón family winery in Rioja, Spain. The wine ages in mostly 2nd use American oak before bottling.
