Description
Susana Esteban Cabriolet Touriga Nacional 2018 is an elegant red wine from the Alentejo region of Portugal. It is made exclusively from Touriga Nacional, a grape known for producing bold and full-bodied wines with intense aromas and flavors. The grapes are handpicked from a single vineyard, then carefully selected and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their purity and intensity.
The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, adding a subtle touch of vanilla and spice to the rich and complex fruit flavors. On the nose, the Cabriolet Touriga Nacional 2018 offers a bouquet of ripe black fruit, floral notes, and a hint of toasted oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a velvety texture, firm tannins, and a long, smooth finish.
Susana Esteban is a renowned winemaker with over 20 years of experience working with some of the best wineries in Portugal and abroad. She is passionate about promoting the unique terroir of the Alentejo region and producing wines that reflect its diversity and complexity.
The wine has won several awards, including a Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in 2021.
