Decideret Abricote D'Or 2020
Special 50/50 blend of our sour base beer and cider made from garden apples from Fyn aged on Spanish apricots. Collab with the guys from Decideret in Nordhavn Copenhagen.
Half sour beer, half wild cider from Aroma apples - with 8 months of maceration on fresh golden apricots. We have before worked with hops in cider - but never integrated a sour beer base into one of our bottles. High on acid with a lot of apricot on the pallet it takes you into a world of mouth watering fruity lambic and sour winegums but with that dry, vinous finish from the apple ferment. Quite crushable!
