400 Conejos Mezcal Joven
400 Conejos Mezcal Joven is a traditional mezcal made from 100% agave Espadín grown in Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave hearts are cooked in an underground pit oven, then crushed by a horse-drawn tahona, and naturally fermented with wild yeast. After fermentation, it is double-distilled in copper stills, resulting in a smooth and flavorful spirit.
The name "400 Conejos" translates to "400 rabbits" and is a reference to a famous Aztec legend in which the gods gifted rabbits to the Aztec people as a symbol of hospitality. The brand is committed to sustainable and fair trade practices, working closely with local farmers and distillers to ensure quality and environmental responsibility.
Tasting notes: 400 Conejos Mezcal Joven has a rich aroma of smoky agave, with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate, it has a smooth and complex flavor, with notes of roasted agave, caramel, and pepper, and a long, smoky finish. It is best enjoyed neat or in cocktails.

We hate the disappointment of opening an off-drinking bottle of wine – as much as a kid seeing their scoop of ice cream fall to the ground (Yes, it hurts).
Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your wines to let us know why you’re not satisfied and drop off the remaining unused wines back to us. The bottle will have to be at least 3/4 full and the same wine the bottle is in (duh).
Once we verify that the the wine was corked or damaged, we will process the refund.
