Vinos del Viento Carignane Carinena 2019 is a rich and robust red wine that showcases the best of the Carignane grape variety grown in the Carinena region of Spain. On the nose, it exudes aromas of dark fruit, spice, and a hint of oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied with bold flavors of black cherry, plum, and black pepper, supported by firm tannins and a long finish.
This wine is made using traditional winemaking techniques, with the grapes hand-harvested and sorted to ensure only the best fruit is used. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 12 months to enhance the wine's complexity and texture.
